By visiting Kraken Habitat or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

• Visitors must follow all safety instructions and signage throughout the facility
• Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult
• No running, climbing, or disruptive behavior
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on premises
• Food and beverages are only allowed in designated areas
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if safety rules are violated

• Do not touch, feed, or disturb animals unless specifically permitted by staff
• Maintain safe distances from enclosures
• Flash photography is prohibited near sensitive species
• Follow staff instructions during guided interactions
• No tapping on glass or throwing objects into enclosures

• Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted
• Commercial photography requires prior written permission
• Drones are strictly prohibited
• By entering the premises, you consent to appear in promotional materials

• Visitors enter the premises at their own risk
• The All Day access pass is not to be regarded as a ticket of entry to the animal gallery but rather as an access pass for the facility and its offerings.
• Kraken Habitat is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from:
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Unauthorized animal interactions
  • Personal property damage or loss
  • Weather-related incidents

• Separate terms may apply for special events
• Group bookings must follow additional guidelines provided
• Event cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted except:
  • Baby food and formula
  • Special dietary requirements (with prior notice)
• Cafe New Leaf operates under separate terms and conditions

• Parking is at owner's risk
• Lost and found items are held for 30 days

9.1 Ecozone Design Services

• Custom designs are subject to separate agreements
• Design ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Kraken Habitat
• Modifications to designs must be approved in writing

9.2 Corporate Services

• Corporate gifting and events require advance booking
• Custom quotes are valid for 15 days
• Corporate rates apply to groups of 10 or more

• Terms may be updated without prior notice
• Current terms will be posted on our website
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms
