For standard visits: Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before, 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours, and no refund for no-shows.

For group bookings (10+ people): Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours before, 75% refund for 48-72 hours before, 50% refund for 24-48 hours before, and no refund for less than 24 hours notice.

Standard Visit Cancellations

No refunds. Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least one day in advance.

Group Bookings (10+ people)

Cancellations made 72 hours before: Full refund
Cancellations made 48-72 hours before: 75% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

Special Event Bookings

Cancellations made 7 days before: Full refund
Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 75% refund
Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability

Facility Closure Refunds

Full refund if Kraken Habitat has to close due to:
Unexpected maintenance
Severe weather conditions
Any other unforeseen circumstances
Option to reschedule visit to another date

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact-us@krakenhabitat.com
Include booking reference number and reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method

All times mentioned are in IST (Indian Standard Time)
Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual ticket price paid
Special discount tickets might have different cancellation terms
