We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Wednesday is our maintenance day - please call for specific hours. Last entry is at 8 PM.
Yes, photography is allowed throughout the facility. However, please avoid using flash as it can disturb the animals. Professional photography or commercial shoots require prior permission.

Yes, we have parking space available for visitors. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking is available near the entrance.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable. However, tickets can be rescheduled to another date within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit for rescheduling.
