1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Kraken Habitat or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

2. Visitor Safety and Conduct

• Visitors must follow all safety instructions and signage throughout the facility
• Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult
• No running, climbing, or disruptive behavior
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on premises
• Food and beverages are only allowed in designated areas
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if safety rules are violated

3. Animal Interaction and Safety

• Do not touch, feed, or disturb animals unless specifically permitted by staff
• Maintain safe distances from enclosures
• Flash photography is prohibited near sensitive species
• Follow staff instructions during guided interactions
• No tapping on glass or throwing objects into enclosures
• Exotic animals should not be considered as pets
• We do not promote keeping exotic or specialized animals as pets
• We do not support the sale of exotic animals as pets in India
• We do not promote or allow petting of animals

4. Photography and Media

• Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted
• Commercial photography requires prior written permission
• Drones are strictly prohibited
• By entering the premises, you consent to appear in promotional materials

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• Visitors enter the premises at their own risk
• Access pass should not be considered as ticket to watch animals. Access pass provides you with full single day Access of the offering in the facility. Like board games, painting, Books, Scannable animal information, wifi and complimentary activities like Music sessions, Pottery, Art etc... subject to availability and schedule.
• Kraken Habitat is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from:
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Unauthorized animal interactions
  • Personal property damage or loss
  • Weather-related incidents

6. Special Events and Group Bookings

• Separate terms may apply for special events
• Group bookings must follow additional guidelines provided
• Event cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy

7. Parking and Personal Property

• We do not have a designated parking area of our own. Kindly use public or street-side parking spots around the main road, and ensure your vehicle is parked responsibly without causing inconvenience to nearby residents. Parking is at the vehicle owner's risk. Park only if space is available.
• Lost and found items are held for 30 days

8. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated without prior notice
• Current terms will be posted on our website
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms
